Sarah of Essence Training Ltd I am Sarah Hetherington the Director of Es-sence. I am a professional, qualified trainer with more than 15 years of experience in Learning and Development. CIPD qualified, a qualified Assessor and I hold instructor’s awards in health and safety disciplines.

My career is built on years in the Rail and Construction industries and FMCG Warehouses. I worked my way from administrator to Operations Manager and fully understand the challenges from a Training Managers perspective, and those of their department. I have extensive experience in identifying training requirements, and a focus on providing friendly, engaging training programmes.

The individual attending the course is the focus of the learning. This is key to ensuring the course message is delivered effectively. I firmly believe that training is key for everyone, regardless of where they are in life.
