First Aid at Work - Requalification
Course Duration: 2 days.
Where: At your location.
Delegates attending this course should have previously attended a First Aid at Work course and have a certificate no more than 28 days expired.
The current certificate should be presented on the first day of this course to the tutor.
Teaching delegates about:
- Their role as a First Aider
- Incident Management
- Basic Life Support (CPR)
- Primary and Secondary Survey
- The unconscious casualty
- Managing a bleed
- Thermal injuries
- Effective Communication to Emergency Services
- Regulations
- First Aid Kits
- Recording and Reporting
- Plenty of practice with great training kit
- This 2-day course is effective, and assessment is continuous throughout the day.
- On successful completion the delegates will be awarded a certificate which has a duration of 3 years.
- There is no final exam however, throughout the day each delegate is assessed individually to ensure they each comply with the competency levels required to pass this course.
