It’s simple, I understand the importance of helping people get the most from their work. When delegates or managers feedback to me that they are happier, more engaged and process is no longer a mystery. That productivity is higher, teams are more cohesive. We spend more time with our colleagues in most cases than we do with our families, it should be something we enjoy. Enabling someone to be purposeful in their role, and love to go to work because they really understand it, that’s the sweet spot, that’s why I do it.
